- No one test measures everything. Much like your personal physician will run a variety of tests when diagnosing your condition, we believe in a multi-faceted approach to assessment.
- 95% of all the tests on the market measure the same thing. The test publishers and test owners use different words and market differently in order to create differentiation that does not exist. And This Confuses The Public. We do not want to confuse the public.
- A Whole Person Approach to measuring Values, Personality, Stress Reactions, Influence Style, Cognitive Complexity, and Judgment/Decision making will lead to better and more refined predictions. We call this the Full Body MRI approach to assessment.
- Results should be presented in business language, not psycho-babble. The psychology should be put in the background and the results presented in a clear, business-related style.
Instead of relying on 1 or 2 tests, the JDL Group has scoured the test publishing industry to find and secure rights to the best 20 or so assessments across the 6 measurement domains. We combine these assessments into a single battery that meets our client’s needs in terms of breadth of measurement needed and accuracy of results desired.
